The Corcass from ballybeg
The Corcass from Ballybeg, 2007. 45 cm x 35 cm .2-block print on Somerset paper in an edition of 40 .
Description
The Corcass is the name given to the flat , tidal - and floodable - final 2 miles of the Cullenagh or Inagh river as it arrives to Liscannor Bay . The view across it from the top of the steep boreen to Reynolds' houses was my sighting of home for the last 4 years of the 1970s .
